This can be a timely process so we wouldn’t attempt to clean a PC on-site or charge by the hour for a virus and or spyware removal.  These scans can several hours to run and you wouldn’t want us to spend hours and hours at your premises.  We would agree a fixed fee for the job in this instance.

Sometimes if a PC is heavily infected and there too many critical system files damaged, the only practical way to get you up and safely running is to format the system and do a complete windows reinstallation.  We would backup any of your data before taking this drastic course of action.  As part of this service we would provide you with a quality antivirus program free to protect your system against future threats and attacks.
